At Peace of Mind Planning, our process begins with a comprehensive intake form to understand your needs. We then draft and finalize personalized legal documents, culminating in a streamlined Signing Ceremony to ensure your peace of mind and security.

Choose a convenient time for your signing ceremony and secure your child’s future today.
Step 2
Fill Out the Secure Their Future Intake Form
In your confirmation email, there will be a link to our Secure Their Future Intake Form. Help your child to fill out that form to provide essential information about your child’s preferences and instructions.
Step 3
Review Your Documents
Upon completing the intake form, our team will prepare draft documents tailored to your child’s needs. You will receive these drafts 3-4 days before your scheduled signing ceremony. Take this time to thoroughly review the documents and ensure they accurately reflect your child’s wishes. Contact us promptly if any adjustments are needed. Any changes will need to me made prior to the Signing Ceremony.
Step 4
Attend Your Signing Ceremony
On the day of your scheduled Signing Ceremony, bring a valid form of photo ID (Driver’s License or Passport). Our team will guide you through the finalization process, ensuring that all documents are signed and executed correctly. This one-time, in-person meeting is designed to be straightforward and efficient, leaving you confident that your child’s future is safeguarded.
